Have you considered HID bulbs?

These are amazing and give you true xenon lights. Ive fitted them to my daily driver and can personally vouch for the results

If you are running sealed beams, you need to swap the lamp units for halogen type units first, and then simply plug in the HID bulbs.

You can even get BMW style 'angel eyes' lamp units with LED parking light halo if you want the street look:

Probably worth checking on their legality in your state as I know US and Euro regulations (where Im from) are different
