I'll throw in my 2 cents on that wheel. I'd guess it's no earlier than a '75. I don't see any of the scalloping on the reverse side. It's a very nice wheel.

1974 had no sculpting (like 1970 to 1973 did) and was same as 1975 and 1976 wheels in size...... but I bet this was sold over the counter in 1975 or 1976.
