For $22K you can get a brand new Chevy or GMC @0% financing for 60 months. Seems like a no brainer to me.

There are clearance 07 cab and a half GMC's around here, 17G's for 2x4 and 22 g's for 4x4. Must be clueless too.......

clueless in a canadian sense i guess...i was aware cars are cheaper in the states but didnt know it was that much different...

The logical thing would seem to be buy the truck in USA and drive home, but I see deals in Canada that I want and pass on because of the hassle. I live just below the Sault. I assume its just as big a problem the other way? What, Nafta doesn't apply to the working class? Big surprise.
