Id rather fix up one of those bel air 4 doors than to restore that "SS" Impala. I just don't think it's worth it. Again, it's damn impressive for sure but he should have just bought another Impala and put the SS emblem on it and been done. Since there isn't anything original on his car anyway, is it a true SS even if the VIN says so?

Is it even possible to verify chevies? The way we can with PHS?

I think there are now more 'SS' cars, especially cameros than were ever built.

My opinion of 'project' cars: no matter how nice, or how much work has been done, they are all projects until they get sold at BarretJackson and the check is in your pocket. At that point they become the new owners 'project' LOL
