Now there's that hideous view I spoke of.

It is not to my taste but I do have to give credit to whoever built it. They obviously put a lot of time and talent into the job.

Never cared much for the old school customs. I can appreciate the time and effort but sure wouldn't go that route myself.

The guy says it cost 80 grand to do that. There's a beautiful white '60 Ventura around here that I'd love to have that's real Pontiac (including 389) and it's only $25G's.. Some people..
I bet he couldn't find a decent pair of headlight bezels so he decided on them crappz..

I second that. Then whomever had to go and paint them a lighter shade of blue, so the suck would stand out more.
I do like the blacked out window trim, a lot. |

I can appreciate the effort, but its my opinion that this car was made by a School of George Barris flunkey. There's just nothing that I like about it.

So many of the mods on that are classic "Kustom" mods used in the 50's and 60's....the bubble skirts are trad, but I've never really liked them.
Overall, the only things I'd want to change are the headlights and the wheels.

The headlights should be the Lucas style with triangular dividers in them.

Yes that's true Ross. But like the car, it dosen't mean you have to keep mold around. I wouldn't own it, but it is cool in it's own 'old school' way even tho many don't like it.

I'll leave the Pro vs Con for the shark tank...seems to be going pretty good so far.
I never have noticed the rear window trim on one of these bf. Is this also a custom touch (see the arrows and the trim within the circle) I wonder? If so, lot's of time, talent and money to create that one piece IMO. |

I'm thinking that's the third brake light.. As if the tail lights aren't high enough on the back..
