I loved the Royal Maroon 1969 Boss 429 Mustang, and the 1970 Boss 429 Mustang in Grabber Blue. Along with a 1967 Shelby Mustang, those are my favorite Mustangs.

Also loved the black 1968 Cobra Jet Cougar GT drag car raced by Barry Poole. That car had a great stance, and a tough look.

That 1958 DeSoto Firesweep was also one of my favorites. It had the record player under the dash! I love those 1955-1958 Chryslers designed by Virgil Exner. I thought Chrysler lost their way in the early 1960's as far as designs go, then recaptured it later in the 60's.

I completely missed that Buick Riviera Silver Arrow show car.

This might be a silly question but its something I have been wondering. How do you get the cars into the building? I assume they are not driven with engines running. Are they pushed or pulled by something or someone like a golf cart or?
Thanks

I had a car at the inaugural show.

My recollection is that we pulled the truck/trailer rig indoors, unloaded and drove the car over to our specfic spot.

Keith,

Quit wasting time on the forum. You're supposed to be out in the garage swinging a hammer.

Keith is right. We just pull tow rig into building for load in/out and drive the car to its spot. This is an incredible show. Family health issues kept me away this year, but will be back again next year!
