There is probably a lot of useful information to be gleaned from close up examination of high resolution old photos like that. Unlike a lot of factory literature, those parking lots show how the cars were actually delivered to the street.

Question extraordinary profound photo

This photo was taken by an older woman from Ohio at her first Nascar race. She snapped it with a cheapo camera thru the chainlink fence during a red flag stop at lap 175 at Daytona-2001. The lady was kind enough to make a few copies, one of which she gave to me. (I took a picture of it to post here, has slight distortions.)

Looks like a day of ice fishing. Don't have to worry about the beer staying cold.

If those were full cases wouldn't the rear wagon suspension be sitting much lower?

Looks like it's sitting all the way down on the bump stops to me.

X2. I bet it is. Hey, who needs suspension when you need to move that much beer?

John Z must of been worn out by his problems getting his namesake car built,

Here he is in 66 looking quite young

A dozen years later getting his car off the drawing board still looks good

All kidding aside he sure looks like he was the boss in those Pontiac days, wonder how he would have changed GM if he made it to the top?

I wonder how different it would be if he didn't go to Chevrolet?

I think the hair is the 'Bob Barker' effect.

Or if he behaved better and made it to the top of the GM totem pole.

But honestly he looks like an arrogant bastard doesn't he? And I don't mean that like an insult, you want to run an outfit with 500,000 people you need to be arrogant and self driven, but it has to be balanced, he lost that balance.

When I first got married I lived in a apartment and there was this bad ass looking biker guy that lived in one of the units with a darling little wife. Walt turned out to be the nicest guy you would want to meet and would help out anyone, and after knowing him, it was easy to figure out why little Maria was married to him. Gist of it is looks can be deceiving.
Getting back to the picture, I don't see a unpleasantly proud or any indication of behaving as if he were more important or to know more than anyone.
Actually the most drastic change is from the first photo and the second. This was when DeLorean had his plastic surgery to change his face. The last picture on a windy day simply blew his hair opposite like sometimes happens to Trump. As for gray hair, well mine seemed to change overnight.
