That looks great. Sorry, I haven't been on too much lately, work and grandkids sports. I will be at Burd's cars and coffee. I have Trend valves 2.15 and 1.75, Performer RPM 72cc heads, conical springs and PRW 1.65 stainless roller rockers. Springs are set at 1.800". Trend 3/8" x 9.050" tapered pushrods. Crower hydraulic roller. Finally got the engine done and installed in the car, 1976 Firebird. Engine dynoed at 577hp and 580 torque. It should be fun. Now I need to build a turbo 400 to replace the current 350.

So for anyone finding this in the future get these intake manifold gaskets. The factory iron ones are small in the ports.

Well as a conclusion i hope, to this thread everything seems to be working out. No leaks of any kind to speak of. I ended up using flexible trans cooler lines routed over the pass side fender since i could not get a good looking trans line that didnt look like Ray Charles made it. had to move the prop valve even farther than when i put on the Dougs headers for the d-ports.Had to slot all the header flange bolt holes. not sure why as they fit on the engine stand? Intake manifold was the same way as well. rpm performer. these heads are the early version and maybe someone cut them? wish i had done the stealth mode on the heads or even just painted them but i was pushing a clock that was not going to happen. I think the fact these heads are 1 inch wider as im told are what gave me some fitment issues. time will tell i guess on how much this was worth it or not.

A fwiw, SCE has a good assortment of Pontiac intake manifold gaskets.
Page 202 here........ https://www.scegaskets.com/catalog/ In the Edelbrock catalog the Pontiac intake gasket is listed as 1.180" x 2.200" for a stock unported cylinder head. .
