That is unusual, looks like it came from a convertible? But not an A-Body convertible then recovered, it could look good. And yeah the car is rough but at least the asking price is reasonable. I didn't read the ad does it run?

My first '68 GTO had the same caps but the centers were black. I think they changed to red the same year that the Rally IIs changed. That's an excellent price for NOS I'd wager to say.

Yeah, California requires all past due citations (moving or parking) to be paid before you can renew your registration.
