That is unusual, looks like it came from a convertible? But not an A-Body convertible then recovered, it could look good. And yeah the car is rough but at least the asking price is reasonable. I didn't read the ad does it run?

My first '68 GTO had the same caps but the centers were black. I think they changed to red the same year that the Rally IIs changed. That's an excellent price for NOS I'd wager to say.
