There seems to be a bias against the 67 Bonneville as well. Look at everyones parts list and they list 60 to 66 and 68 to 74 What makes the 67 so special that it is being ignored?

Quarterpanels, interior kits, electrical items they all seem to avoid the 67.

I would like to see a cold air intake/Ram Air system for the new Pontiac G8 that would make the hood scoops functional.

That is a question for OEM Glass. I think production run would have to exceed 1000 to be feasible.

As with anything, more the order, less the price. Why wasn't Corvair not mentioned? Isn't it the same windsheld?
Pooling clubs is certainly the best idea. Worldwide, at that. I know German. So, if anyone has any interest in having parts manufactured there or in pooling any German clubs (if any exist), I'm ready to help out.
Thing to note about Europe:
The most significant number of American car ownership- and organizations will be found in Switzerland and Scandinavia. Unfortunately, those aforementioned have a preference for the larger, higher horsepower variety.
Worth giving it a try, anyway

Default Steering Wheel Trim

Hi All,
I don't know if this has ever been mentioned if so I'm sorry. I need, I think others also, The steering wheel on the 1967 GTO's have three diecast chrome trim strips that screw on from behind. Keep in mind that tis is for the stock steering wheels. Anyway there are two that have the horn buttons on the ends, these are usully okay. The one that is in need is the third chrome piece that does not have the horn buttons. These always have broken tabs on them that mount under the Pontiac center cap. Once that tab is broken they rattle in the steering wheel as you are driving along. I can get a casting number in a few days if needed. If some one has any ideas I'm all ears to help solve this problem!

Hello!

If Santa were to come early with nice, shiny repro aluminum front grille surrounds for a 1962 Grand Prix, I'd leave a 55 gallon drum of milk and a pile of cookies 20 feet high by the tree!

Every pair I've come by has had one issue or another. Never seen nice ones except on someone else's car.

I'd love you PY folks for a long time if you were to make em.

While I'm at it...The plastic center 4 speed console for 62 big cars. Seems like that one would be an easy one to do.

Higher Performance "direct" replacement camshafts for SD-455's like the ones H-O Racing used to make back in the 80's so I can keep my stock distributor gear.

Heater core retaining clips for all models GTO/Firebird. Very hard to find and there is a good chance you will break them, especially the smaller one on the right (as you sit in the car) that is tension fit. Took me a long time to find a used one from a fellow board member.

Default Correct Body Mount Bushings

The body mount bushings on the 64 GTO, and probably other years as well, were color coded to go with their location on the body/frame. Reproduced bushings are only in black. Someone needs to make the repops in the correct colors, or at least sell the right paint to color the black ones.

75-81 F-body engine block steel brackets that attatch to the frame motor mount.

Am I missing something? I don't see them on any site......

Good idea. GM used to do this in the past. What's with all the contemporary kitsch?

...the GS 400 got standard functional hood scoops for '69, something none of its higher-profile corporate siblings had. The "Cool Air" induction system used a twin-snorkel air cleaner with two foam muffs that sealed against the scoop openings. Buick said the system increased peak horsepower by eight percent and peak torque by six percent over the entire rpm range...
