Car has run a best of 11.69... however that was after a rejet, metering rod change, and turned up fuel pressure. It was done coasting through the finish line on a BIG breakout to lose on Sunday at Norwalk. I could not get the car slowed down fast enough. LOL Kip

I don't think they ran the tree on any of these cars.

Most of you have probably seen it by now, but Don Keefe wrote a nice article about the car for this month's High Performance Pontiac magazine.

Yes, I agree Stuart. Real nice article with alot of info that was unknown to me. Great pics of the car and a centerfold spread of the car too.

My first trip out after the neck fixing. I went to see Steve Snyder at Indiana pontiacs and we were discussing the article.
Steve told us his story of bidding on the car FIRST. It had a buy it now of 4000.00. After he placed his 500. bid the buy it now disappeared. Only had he checked Petes book. Yeah he beats himself up over this a few times. But he has a 65 2+2 421 Tri-power 356 hp to ease his pain a little. This is one awsome car. patrick
