KD Tools warrenty?
Was give'n a broke model #2952 micrometer to scrap.
Originally sold by NAPA. They cant find any info on it  Searching online just gets sites selling KD Tools. Figure some of you smarter guys can find info. Thanks. Mike

Mike, this link says Gearwrench also known as Apex Tools, bought out KD so they would be the ones to contact for warranty. Just from reading a little bit about Apex/Gearwrench on the Garage Journal it seems they try about every way imaginable to weasel out of warrantying many of their hand tools, plus the older KD tools that they now own, lotsa luck...................
