Could you post a picture of one of the lifters out of the box?

In respect to the cam saver part,
Is there a EDM hole in the face or a grove on the side ?

Sorta a flat area down the lifter body. I tried to catch it in the reflection on one pic but it’s pretty hard to see.

Thanks

Yep. A very minor flat machined on the side of the body. It directs additional oil down to the lobe. I think they quit doing the EDM hole in the face.

I'm going from memory. I bought a set of hydraulics a few years back. I thought they told me that they used to do an EDM hole in the face (Which I wasn't wild about).
