Default 71 Hurst SSJ survivor car...

Putting out a feeler to the group to see if anyone is interested in a very nice survivor 1971 SSJ that I've had since 1999.

Just purchased an investment/retirement cabin in north Georgia and the wife says one of the SSJs has to go. Plenty of PROs with this gem, and a few CONs that you'd expect from a 48 year old car.

Car is very nice, drives and behaves like it's 1973, and is truly one of the last untouched, unmodified, numbers-matching Hurst SSJ left in existence.

Car was featured as a Johnny Lightning matchbox, and has appeared in the Speed Channel's Hurst cars from years ago.

Asking $46k, but will work with a fellow Pontiac nut to be the next caregiver of this rare gem.

Email me at hurstssj@gmail.com for more information & pictures.

From my records, the majority of SSJs got the 455, but a few came through with the 400, like this 71.

Only thinning due to the cabin purchase. Takes a big chunk of change to buy one of those.

Two months until a permanent Florida move? Garage on the other coast?

Yes, at our Melbourne house. You can visit one of your old SSJ's. It's in Florida already.
