Default A Beautiful Day

..for a short blast.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/pz55lt8agm..._0109.mov?dl=0

Been commuting in the car so much lately I never seem to have any open road or lack of traffic to do anything fun. But today is Friday (which is like Sunday for Muslim countries) and I know this road behind a school near my house which has almost no traffic.. I was a little conservative because the road is short but it sure felt and sounded like there's some top end there..

This is much more typical of my daily commute. Man, I'd love an overdrive. Speeds are around 75-80mph.. I am averaging about 11mpg..

Running good there Sammy.

So do the Qatarians cut the foot off for speeding in a construction zone!

Stock rubber mounts. Those Anchor ones that seem to be the only ones available. Trying to decide whether to go for a polly mount on the driver's side..

No. That punishment is reserved for stopping at a stop sign. Speeding in a construction zone is positively encouraged.

Yes. The few months of winter in Qatar are what I would call a nice summer. The rest of the year is more like being stuck in a pressure cooker which happens to also be a humidifier and also be a sandblaster and also a box full of bright lights.
