Default Warren-Vivaldi Pontiac dealer plates

Received a call from a good friend of mine who has a real nice survivor 66 GTO. They are the 2nd owners and want to put the original dealer plates on it. It was originally bought in Sacramento,CA at Warren-Vivaldi Pontiac. Heres a pic of the original receipt. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
