I've heard lots of talk about the advantages of the cast vs stamped impellers. Where do you find these cast pumps? I've only been able to find the stamped ones? Anybody know part#'s of different brands?

I bought a cast one at Advanced auto parts in Pheonix. They had it in stock. I don't have the part number handy, sorry.

Thanks! I'll have to check Autozone. The guy at NAPA thought I was crazy when I told him I wanted a cast impeller.

I bought a remanufactured NAPA pump that has the cast impeller. I wonder if the "new" pumps would be stamped instead. Also looked at an Autozone pump with cast impeller.
