It has all the right stuff and is in good condition. Will make someone an excellent cruiser.

The seller is just flipping it. I looked at the car seriously when it was listed on CL and this original ebay ad:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

I thought it was a really nice car. If I remember the CL ad correctly, the original seller was asking around $10k.

If the seller is successful, it'll be nice profitable flip for him and all he had to do was remove the front air dam .

Steering wheel has to go, without the formula wheel it's too granny like

I agree about the wheel. Add a tach and a clutch pedal, I'd be all over it.

Yes, I thought it was the same vehicle too. I saved photos to compare. Also gone are the headlight mesh and the steering wheel wrap. Apparently the new tyres were put on by the original owner and yet after the photos and sale...

Thanks Bonn, unfortunately it has looked more like boxes of parts and a shell for the past few years but I think it's getting somewhere!

We have a twin to that as well, same paint scheme blk/gld trim ext blk int 78 Formula W72 TA 6.6 4spd A/C, 3.42 Safe-T-Track car but without T tops and has std black interior. Bought it from my Pontiac buddy Ronnie in Fairfield TX, wonder where he originally found it...? Our needs paint and just put a hot 455 and a Muncie M20 to get it on the road.
