80 Turbo trams am Exhaust Manifold restore

Does any one have information on the best way to restore the exhaust manifolds and the two pipes to the Turbo to get them to look factory new

bead blast & coat with a cast iron manifold paint from por15 or eastwood etc... or ceramic coat with a cast iron color. the pipes are steel & should be a little brighter color closer to stamped steel, can try VHT spray on paint or again, ceramic coat of a color close to raw steel.

i used por15 cast iron paint on my manifolds & the wastegate, & a custom mix of por cast iron paint & por20 aluminum header paint & they look very nice & have held up good for 10 years.
