Default Power Booster Paint

Has anyone refurbished a 1977 Trans AM Power Booster? I'm looking for the exact color and brand of rattle can. Respectfully

For a daily driver, a spray can paint job on a booster is ok. Eastwood sells an aerosol paint system to kind of replicate the original finish. For a good quality restoration, send yours out if it isn't pitted to Booster Dewey, or one the reproductions work ok, but the mounting holes need to be massaged to bolt in.

I went with a repro from Inline Tube. It works well, but in reality it is too pretty compared to nOS units. They were not as a brilliant gold finish..

The plating finish also fades over the years, used or new. It still oxidises.
