Default Boss Bird Nitro F/C For Sale

Own a piece of history.....the World's Fastest real Pontiac @ 250.37 mph. Running on 90% nitro, the Boss Bird has run 5.87 ET in the quarter mile and 3.88 in the eight mile. '71 Trans AM fiberglass body by VFN, molded off one of Arnie Beswick's original bodies. Exact duplicate of original lettering in real gold leaf. Power comes from a Ram Air 5 style traditional Pontiac engine; featuring the AllPontiac solid aluminum block with replaceable sleeves and billet Ram Air 5 heads. This is the only nitro funny car currently running a Pontiac engine and the best of everything has been used in the build. Meets all NHRA nitro F/C requirements including SFI 10.1 chassis. Sale includes the full operation....complete running car, spare long block, lots of spare parts (partial listing below) and everything to put the car safely on the track. A full inventory of components can be provided to serious buyers. All tuning data, including the 250 mph tuneup; along with help getting your team up to speed are part of this package deal. Own a piece of history and the fastest Pontiac on the planet for a third of what it would cast to build new.

And probably more that I forgot to mention.......

Basically EVERYTHING F/C related, except the trailer and common hand tools. This car is great for match racing and Funny Car Chaos series. It could be made NHRA Heritage-series compliant with a few minor changes.
