POWER BOOSTER HELP
Does anyone know if the original power booster on a 1977 Trans Am has a number stamped on it?

I haven't seen one, but often had a label when new for application.

Yes. On earlier cars there is a date on one side and an application code on the other. I don’t remember what is on my 77 & 78’s. Look on the tab at the 12 o clock position. If there is much corrosion or dirt, will be hard to decipher.

2 pics of a NOS '77 booster, note that it still has the Delco Morraine stamping which was dropped for most by then. Dodgy stamping pic on ear.

To be even more correct, add the green paint daub where the "Delco Moraine" stamp is located. There is a Testors model paint that color I used on my 1977.
