Default 1980 Trans am engine mount color ?

1980 Trans am engine mount color?

Restoring my 80 301 turbo trans am

Was the engine mount brackets passenger/driver painted the blue engine color

or

was the brackets semi-gloss black and put on after the engine was painted at the factory?

Trying to be as technically correct as possible

Thanks for your technical help

lots of people just paint them black & the repro frame mounts come black, but if you want to be correct then you can get a bare steel color paint for them so they dont rust being left bare steel.
