Another WFO Product....
Working with my fab-guy on a billet-alloy swiveled pick-up/screen that attaches to the oil pump.
It would follow the oil as it "sloshes" in the oil pan and eliminate the possibility of air-entry that is common with non-baffled(or half-baffled) Pontiac oil pans under high-load or sudden cornering driving situations when oil is pulled away from the pickup.
I am hoping that I can price this unit well under the cost of a typically priced($200) aftermarket baffled oil pan.
As always, your interest and/or comments are welcome.

Is this like the old HO Racing swivel pick-up set up?

Great idea, Larry!

Just hope you have it in production in time for the new engine I'm building for my GTO. Wish there was one in my Formula - I have to keep 6.5 quarts in it to have a prayer of maintaining pressure on sweeping RH turns and hard braking!

Please, keep me informed on your progress.

Also, since Pontiac has discontinued the oil pans, who makes the highest quality aftermarket 1/2 baffled pan?

Lloyd...see my post in the RACE section.
Not good news.

I think Skip has a Milodon pan that has a similar factory 1/2 baffle with a trap-door of some kind.
ASk him about it.
