Anybody found seals to rebuild these or company who will? I have been able to dissasemble to point of geting casting bare to brake switch spool located in center of unit,beyound that a pressed in sheetmetal cup needs to be expnded and removed.

I doubt that you will be able to locate any parts, but I have seen a few vendors in Hemmings who advertise that they can repair/rebuild your valve.
Good luck and let us know how it turns out. I would also like to get the leaky one off of my blue Formula rebuilt, but for now I installed a new AC-Delco replacement. It works just fine, but has a machined brass body rather than the OEM cast iron.

I used the following sources for restoring brake components, they all did an excellent job
Booster - Power Brake Co. 503-238-8882, Replate and rebuild Master Cyl - Power Brake exchange 800-580-5729, rebuild Combo Valve - Vanco Brake Co. 800-256-6295, rebuild
