i'm just gonna go inch by inch and check wire and connectors. If I can't find it I've got mechanic coming Sunday. I'll show him all these posts. I'll keep posted.

Could this be a problem? Looking at a picture of the same harness on EBay shows these wires separated with one coming out of each side of the plastic connector.

Cut that wire going to ground off and hook it up to the other side with another Packard 56 female terminal the way it should be and all will be well I'll bet!

Just dug up the bill. It came from M&H Electric fabricators in California. I'm gonna call them up now and see what the have to say>

Way to go. I had to step away for a minute, but I was going to say don't get discouraged. You were narrowing it down and the satisfaction you will have when you find it will be worth it.

But I guess I am a little late for that.

Glad you were able to find it and I hope you haven't ordered an ambient sensor.

We are doing ok Pepi. Four years and counting on the chemo stuff, but she is feeling good.
