Rich, a 16 footer might no be long enough for your goat. My formula just fits on a 16 foot trailer. The below links show my formula on my trailer. An a 600 to 800 trailer will most likley be junk, I know from experience as I got a total of $2,100 in my $770 trailer.
Could of bought a new 18 foot one for that.

I agree with this statement based on my 67' on my 18'+3' dovetail trailer.
I also think you'll need to bump your price a bit for the condition range you are looking at.

Well i use a 20ft trailer for my 67 gto and i like it a whole lot gives me plenty of room. The 18ft is nice the 16ft just not big enough if you can go bigger you will be better off in the end.

You'll be much happier with an 18' trailer. I have a 16', and wish it were longer.

You probably have been watching www.craigslist.com already but if not, its a great source of deals.

Run a wanted ad and see what hits you get.

People are selling stuff now as economy woes hit home, gas prices and food.

If you want to expand your search a little further out,I live near Greenville/Spartanburg SC and have family in southern WV. I'll be traveling up that way sometime soon, probably several times between now and Christmas. Could probably tote it as far as Beckley if you find one
