I generally detest Doorman stuff, mine is made of Chinesium but it is still strong after 3 years. The GM ones were an embarrassment.

I replaced mine over 10 years ago with ones made by Siemens. I bought them from one of the chain stores. They've worked well so far. I don't know if Siemens still making them.
