Default 70 GTO rear courtesy lights

Prior to my owning, somebody cut the wires to the rear armrest courtesy lights and then upholstered over the fixtures. Couple years ago I pieced in repair sockets and got them working again. Now they're out again. They've lost power somewhere between the repair and front of the car. Can anybody tell me where these originate at the front of the car? Do the plug into the dash harness , or? I'd like to get a replacement new wire and be done with splices, but M and H catalog doesn't list them, unless they're part of a bigger harness.

They should come on with the front ones. If only the back don't work, try pulling bulb and reinsert or replace bulb. Otherwise, trace your splice and investigate.
