Does anybody have a chart...or list...of 59 Bonneville interior trim codes they can post?

Found 59 Catalina...but no Bonneville

Any input is appreciated...

I believe Bonnevilles were series 28 in 1959, so in the charts above that would be 2837, 2867, etc. I don't know which specific numbers correspond to which specific body style (two door, four door, convertible, etc.) If you're a POCI member I believe they have a full listing of body style numbers on their website.

I looked these up:

1959

2735 - 4 door Safari (probably not this one?)

2837 - 2 door Sport Coupe
2839 - 4 door Vista
2867 - Convertible

It is all in the Master Parts Catalog, see www.pontiacsafari.com/MPC/. Model numbers for '59 on page 17. Trim codes for '59 begin on page 618.

QX was power windows for '58 and earlier, probably the same for '59

272 is the code on the tag.
From pic it is Maroon Piedmont cloth and Maroon Pomona cloth with Ivory and Metallic Mahogany Imitation Leather
(and don't know what that looks like)

Style 2837 = Bonneville 2-dr Sport Coupe
Body BK 245 = Kansas City plant, #245 produced with Style 2837
Trim 272 = What johntal posted
Paint MC = Sunset Glow Lower Body, Cameo Ivory Upper Body

The "2-2" in lower right is unusual, perhaps some special order option for body or interior? Unusual codes like that can be difficult to impossible to determine what the mean.

Cloth interior for a Bonneville would seem unusual (just as cloth interior for a 1955-57 2-dr Custom Safari or 2-dr Star Chief was unusual).

Larry.....cloth interiors were not that unusual for Bonnevilles. My dealer album has 5 cloth choices for Coupes and Vistas, and 5 all imitation leather for Coupes Vistas and Safaris. Convertibles only had 3 choices of genuine leather......John

Green Hornet.....245 is a fairly low body # for Kansas City. If you don't mind, could you post your Vin. Mine was 0086, but being a convertible, the body was built in Lansing Michigan and assembled in Kansas City......John
