Default 65-66 GP Rear Springs

Hello, anyone using a 65-66 Safari rear coil spring in a 65-66 GP?
Trying to raise the rear slightly above stock height. I know Eaton offers
a custom spring with 1" higher than stock and may go that route but
thought I would ask about the Safari wagon spring first.

Thanks

That's what you'll get if you order from Ames, Springs N Things, or Eaton. Unless you specify that you want it lowered, which Eaton can do, not sure about the others. Coil Spring Specialties is another place that can make the "standard height/load" springs.

When you raise the rear on a 4-link suspension you'll need longer shocks (or air shocks). It will change the control arm angles, which isn't really a big deal. Also will change the pinion angle, so you could get a drive shaft vibration...but maybe not.

I went through this last year and learned all about the parts and how they affect the setup.
