Would it be worth it or can you install #13 heads on a 1964 389 engine with Tri-Power?

The 64 intake will not fit on #13 heads. And I believe the valve reliefs in the pistons are not correct for the#13 heads.

I forgot to mention the Tri-Power Intake and Carb is 1965 model year.

The 65 manifold will bolt to the #13 heads, but the 1964 piston valve reliefs will be wrong for the #13 heads. Are the engine block & the pistons 1964?

The block is a virgin 11H code engine.
