Default Best Book for rebuilding/working on LS Motor?

I have a 2008 5.3 Motor torn apart and want to make sure I do not overlook anything before I start repair/reassembly.

I have How to Build and Modify GM LS Series Motors, but want something else.

Need to get it back together as soon as I can so please reply ASAP.

Thanks, Joel

PS: The publishing date on most are like 10 years ago. It seems like something new might have been learned in the last 5-10 years. Is there one(or more) with more up to date info.

As a fellow LS series guy, I would think your best bet is asking for specific info on Forums like https://ls1tech.com/forums/, or checking out https://sites.google.com/site/sloppywiki/. Both have much more current info than a book will have, along with thousands of people testing new ideas that you can learn from.
