well, it looks like they are upping their game on making the stamps look correct.
My recollection is that roughly twenty years ago, this was alot more common, but there was less information out there for people looking to get a correct application carb for their car.

carter base and carter airhorn with the POE should be dead give away's that something is wrong here.
The fuel bowl stamping looks legitimate for a SR carb, but the rear of the fuel bowl isn't shown. So the other one is an obvious restamped fuel bowl with a non-POE airhorn, this one is a legitimate fuel bowl with no real funny business - going for less. I give this seller props for being honest in stating it's the wrong airhorn, and will give him a pass for probably not realizing that the throttlebody is incorrect. All together this seller seems better.
