Default Satisfied again with Ames service

I had a problem with a can of parchment paint and contacted Ames about it. I sent a few pics and they have shipped me another can gratis.

While I'm a relatively new customer, I have been impressed.

Our base shipping is $10 by UPS Ground. In some cases, we can go USPS and save you $3-$4 in shipping cost. As stated by 77 Canamman, checking your local parts store is a great idea when in need of such a small generic item. Thanks for the feedback

Thank you for that information, but when we checked our local Auto Zone, Advance Auto, Pep Boys, and NAPA stores, all said they can not get them. That’s why we then searched the AMEs parts catalog I have here at home.
