Does anyone here have a 71 72 that has custom interior comfortveave that needs a complete interior NOS gM kit? it is black and new, not a newly made close representation, but the real dela GM used. It is black and included seats front and back, entire kit.. I have 2 of these and may sell one. I know wanted is the logical place to put this, but since not really devcided to sell, thought I would ask the board if anyone needed and what you guys think the price will be.. almost impossible to find a NOS GM comfortweave interior..

yes, 71 is comfortweave, 72 is perforated vinyl

yep, 70/71 (Custom) were Comfortweave and 72 (Custom) was Perforated Morrokide which makes the 72 a one year only application??.....

I guess this makes all 3 years "one year only", 70 different front seats vs 71 seats.I sold the last set of 70 bright blue seat covers I had years ago and same material as the 71 seats, just different front seats. that 70 bright blue went in a RAIV that won 1st at the nationals its first year out.I know the interior had something to do with that. The repo,even the best of the repo, just doesn't look like the original comfortweave..original comfortweave you can put a flash light under and see thru it... stuff is impossible to find any longer as real GM.. will post pictures his weekend..

so GM sold replacement covers over the counter?...if that is what they are it would be cool to see pics...nothing like real comfortweave as that's why it was designed to breathe

I've seen this interior at Bill's and it is NOS and perfect!! My jaw hit the floor when he showed it to me. First time and probably the last time I'll ever see an NOS factory original GM interior.

Wish I had a 71 bird with deluxe black interior to put it in.
