A new appliance guy would have grown up with the new technology and understand how to fix it. I know great auto techs that don't know anything about carbs. But they can diagnose and repair a 2020 vehicle without a carb. |

We always bought the scratch and dents at the local appliance store, no more. Speed Queen from now on.

We've had an LG front loader for 12 years with zero problems. I would not consider anything but a front loader. The clothes are nearly dry after the cycle due to the faster spin speeds. The wear and tear on clothes is just a fraction of what a washer with an agitator produces. And, water usage is a fraction of a top loader's.
Some have complained about vibration, but that's ALWAYS due to a poor floor or improper leveling.

Our laundry pair are LG front loaders also. We love them, but ours are only 10 years old, but like your's, trouble free. Very happy with the lower energy costs and the quality of cleaning. |
