Default 70 Firebird parking brake return spring

Looking for a parking brake return spring. This mounts on the front parking brake cable and the other end attaches to the floor pan. 70-74 all Firebird should work. GM part number is 3983025 superceded by 3996374.

Attached is a diagram of the installation, spring is identified as number 19.

Looks like there isn't much out there for availability.. Could anyone post a picture of this spring installed on the parking brake cable underneath the car?

Is there a reason you don't want to use the reproduction that is made by Inline Tube? I bought one to replace the broken original on my car at least 10 years ago and it has been working fine.

The reproduction spring is a little thicker gauge as the reason we have to replace these is because they fatigue over time.
