Default Leaf spring insulator?

Hello!

I need help please! In the process of restoring a '79 W72 stripper project. I have cleaned the rear springs and need help in finding the spring insulator or cushion? I am not 100% sure what they are called and have not had any luck in finding a vendor that sells them. They are hard plastic with a "button" that attaches to the end of the leaf spring. There are four on a set.

Thanks!
