Default 1966 Tempest, converting to disc, front brake hose brackets

I'm still gathering the parts needed to switch from drum to disc in front. Do I need to switch out the little brackets that hold the connection at the brake lines and (now new) caliper hoses? I remember someone on here mentioning that there is a difference between drum and disc hose brackets.

yes
the shape of the hole is different between a drum and disc hose
for the hose to lock in correctly to get the lock clip slid in

more wanna be sheeeit from inline tube and bs advertising krap

never seen one with that stupid pattern in the hole and bracket shape one size fits all repop poop

I just installed a front disc conversion on my '66 GTO this past weekend and didn't need to change anything. Just put the new hoses into the original brackets and slid the clips in.

Wow good to know. What shape is the hose end on yours, where it will meet the brake line? On the setup that I picked up, it's a hex,
