there was a strange coincedence sunday morning after I got home from the hospital after she passed. mom always had problems sleeping at night. years ago her and Mike nixon would always chat on facebook since Mike was up at night as well. when i got home sunday morning and finished posting about moms passing my memories for the day popped up and one was that Mike Nixon had passed away early that morning. I haven't found out what time Mike passed that day but I felt some comfort that Mike came and took her home with him on the 8 year anniversary of his passing. Thanks Mike and take care of her til I get there.

Sorry for your loss Jim. My condolences to you and the family. I lost my mother and father in a pretty short time frame. It's never easy. Been several years now and funny memories about my father in particular still come up and make me smile. Takes some time.
