Default Winter ?

Got a chance to hit a street night…lots of new gens running!… only one other “old school” muscle car out besides mine. Grandpa still had fun!

Haaawwwww……yeah, street nights are a crap shoot. Probably a mustang turbo thingy that crapped itself….too many to count..

Weird night as I never got the driveline warmed up as staging was so packed the car simply sat too long….

My camera woman never came through with a decent outside video….😂

I used to go to the street oriented races at track mear Noble, Okla. Went with my 2 Pontiac fellow enthusiasts.

This has been a while ago. One of those turbo Mustang piles was running a 69 or 70 Orange Cheby pickup, with a camper shell over the bed. I was only one of us watching. I yelled at my buddies, Hey this old pickup is chewing up this Mustang. They didn't have much interest in an old pickup
(I have a 67 and 68, those pickups DO interesr me!!!)
Their interests changed when the E.T went up on the sign. A TEN second pass.
Yes. It was the Farm Truck, a couple of years before they sell got rich and famous!!!

Turbo mustang thingies, yeah,...........

Ha, cool.
We don't know what winter is anymore either.
Auction month right now so car events everywhere to attend.

Rick has Pontiac racing every month, next one in Feb, and test and tune every week if you need it. Big muscle car race in Vegas in March that should be a great time. Rick will have a Pontiac class there as well.

"Winter" is the best time for us to race so we aren't dealing with 110 degrees and 6000ft DA. Though by March it's already warming up and Vegas sits near 3000 ft to start with anyway.
