Factory Wood Wheel - Is there a good tutorial to tell one year from the next?

Have seen them popping up lately, but from the comments, there are year to year differences, would be just my luck to land one and then learn it would not work in a '66.

Would like to be more educated in the year to year differences... all help always appreciated.
