Default Any good AFB tricks for my 4033S?

The YH 421 arrived last week - many thanks to a great Pontiac guy, Dave Batti - and now comes the hard part, cracking open an un-fired 20-something year old build. (Plan is to stay stock for now, stab in the -068 if it doesn't have it already, and bolt on the long branches. )

Coincident with the engine deal closing a friend offered a rebuilt and unused AFB that had been on a shelf for a loooooong time . Turned it upside down and gave it a little shake, a few bug skeletons fell out.

I'm planning to crack the seal and compare the bits to the Larry Shepard book, floats, rods, needle/seat, etc, just wondering if there are any must-do mods while its open. One for sure will be to see if there are alcohol proof bits to exchange, wondering if there are any reccos.

Thanks in advance,

Order a kit from Carbking here on the site. He has all of the alcohol proof parts, and his kits are top shelf. Throw a kit in it and run it.
