Hmm. I'm the new owner of a '73 with a 350 and an auto. It's stock aside from a 4bbl carb...And I want to change that. Thinking of starting with headers. So, since the hooker's are a bit out of my price range unless I really pinch, what else would fit without much trouble?

Been searching for a few minutes, but that didn't necessarily get me anywhere.

Any ideas?

The 67-69 firebird is the same front subframe as the 71-74 ventura, hence the header is for a 67-69 bird.

I used Hooker Super Comps on my 71, they fit ok, but in reading this thread, it seems some have had better luck fitting with other brands. Good luck with your car, post some pics.

I have some pictures from 2005, before I bought the car. I would take some now, but the thing needs a cleaning.

But, this is pretty much how it looks today.
