Default Vintage 65 pics from the past

Old black and white.

1) Smoking on the job in a convertible.

2) Now that’s a “fender bender” on a 3x2.

I like the bare look, but I'd put on "moon " caps once in awhile.

Lugnut - This is my 65 that I inherited from my dad, who owned it since 1970. I'm upgrading to discs so losing the chrome 14" reverse steels. I'm going with black with dog-dish but not sure I'll like the look when done and might need to spend some $$ to get the look back.

Are those tri power lids I see, or just a reflection?

Looks like a Tri-Power engine to me. 1st Air Cleaner looks to be right size and position on the intake.

Back in the 70's I would go out and look at cars for sale, especially GTO's. There would be ads in the newpaper that would say "never saw a winter" or "stored winters". I would get there and the cars would have snow tires on. I even asked one guy, "never saw a winter?", "why does it have snow tires on?". He didn't know what to say.
