My PBJ go to is with Jiff smooth peanut butter, Bama grape jam and honey wheat butter top bread. A good portion of Lay's regular potato chips. A glass of cold milk. Finish off the milk with a few Lemon Oreo double stuff cookies.

I never did take a liking to jam, so it's plain PB spread thick on fresh (soft) whole wheat or multigrain bread. I've always been brand conscious, so pretty much Kraft crunchy. I have found other brands that are 'crunchier', perhaps Peter Pan , Jiff, maybe a no name store brand. And, yes, I also eat it straight with a spoon.

It used to be white bread for me as a kid, but nowadays it just seems too gooy
Skippy super crunchy with Smuckers red raspberry preserves in wheat bread.
I have one at work in my lunchbox every day!

Growing up it was Braun's Town Talk Bread with PB&J. Still love PB&J but trying to cut down sugar I use Laura Scudders PB and Jam on a Rice Cake. Daily.

It's even better if you toast the peanut butter side!

I’m an old kid still eating his favorite young kid snack.

I know it’s not the healthiest food, but damn it’s good, then wash it down with cold milk.

Chris.

When its PB&J time, its with Skippy crunchy and homemade Marion Berry jam. Wife and daughters canned about 100 12 oz jars of Jam last December with four different Oregon berries.
I also like a good Turkey Spam and fried egg sandwich but haven't seen any Spam on the market shelves since March. Plant closed due to Covid?

This is my normal breakfast, one slice of muffin bread toasted with smooth or chunky peanut butter and strawberry jam with a cup of coffee with a shot of whip cream in it. Yum😋
