Looks like your typical solid North Texas car. Too bad it's a more door.

I’ve seen better.....that rebuilt motor looks pretty rough but the rare ‘67 tri power makes up for it. I like the no air filter for quicker break in.

Thats how much was spent on the bodywork.
He's asking $19,869. Canadian?

Should've spent more money matching the rear wheel wells to the front.

I could like that 77 in my garage, even with the dents and rust.

I agree, not an unreasonable asking price for the condition, even if it is a 301 car. No under hood shots but the seller claims its a 4bbl. If it is it isn't stock. It should have the Full Duel jet carb with the casting for the secondaries still included.

Is the stripe on that '77 LeMans Sport something Pontiac offered?

It's a neat car. I love the colonnade coupes.

I would have to check the 77 Dealer album I have at home, I was wondering the same thing about the stripe, they did offer something like that, but I don't remember it being that thick.

According to the 1977 ordering Guide I have that stripe was optional so probably original. Colors were dependent on the Canopy Top color (if so equipped) Customer choice if no 1/2 Vinyl Canopy top was ordered.

This car appears to to be Mojave Tan code 61, the stripe fits the Black/LT. Brown/ DK. Brown/ MED. Brown that is manditory for the Buckskin Canopy top.

Now that's funny. There was no 67 tri power from Pontiac in any GTO but a convertible. And only 56 convertibles were built with the tri power set up according to the first link below. So this setup could be from any year prior to 67. Or maybe not all of the 56 convertibles are still around and it's one off one of the "dead" ones. One never knows.

https://www.bing.com/search?q=Was%20...FD5C57FD091155

This link says nothing about any 67 GTO tri power cars... only 56 Ram Air GTOs for '67.
https://www.musclecarfacts.com/pontiac-gto/74-1967-gto/

So which is correct?

It's like someone saying it's a Pontiac BIG block. Which is a no brainer... there was no big block Pontiac engine. Just bigger cubic inches in a common Pontiac engine block sold to the public.... until the little uncommon 301 came out.
