Default How does the horn mount to the frame?

I have been trying to figure out how the horn mounts to the frame on a 64 GTO. I have searched both the forum and with google and can't find a picture. I have new horns from Ames and maybe that is the problem with more of a universal (straight) mount? I think it bolts to the bumper mount somehow but just not seeing it.

Thanks for any help or pics!

Found these on the GTO forum, the first is a 65 I think, the second is supposed to be 64, hope this helps.

You can post this question in the street and 64 GTO sections for possibly more help, good luck.

The OEM 64/65 horns have a bend at the mounting hole end and they attach to the frame to bumper bracket. Not sure if the replacement horns will mount with the straight mount strap.

The top pic from the previous poster is correct for the 65 and the 64 horns mount in a similar fashion.

Pic one is an OEM horn and pic two is a 64 frame to bumper bracket showing the bolt hole location.
