63-64 Tail panel
I've been looking at the rear of a 64 Lemans and my 63 Lemans, do you think it would be possible to replace the 63 bumper and valance with a 64 bumper.

Customizers try to get the look your car already has. Maybe just tuck in the bumper a bit or use a smaller bumper like 68 Camaro.

It's just that that rear valance is a pain in the ass to get straight or try to find one that isn't beyond repair.

Could try stud welder, pull and metal work on the car or cut it off, repair and weld it back on.

Mine was so bad that I couldn’t get anything behind. Sliced it off vertically through the backup lights and horizontally behind the bumper. Once it was on the ground I beat it straight and mig welded back on.

I will probably do the same thing, but my backup lights are junk so thinking about welding the holes in.

Looking for a back up light kit? I have a NOS kit in the box.
